1. Definitions

2. Services

The Company provides junk removal and related labor services to residential and commercial customers in Connecticut. Services are subject to crew availability, site conditions, vehicle capacity, and disposal facility access.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any job that presents a safety hazard, involves prohibited materials, or that we are not licensed or equipped to perform.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided by phone, text, email, or through the online form are estimates based on the information supplied by the Customer. Final pricing is confirmed on site, before work begins, once the crew has assessed the actual volume, weight, access, and labor required.

If the on-site assessment differs materially from the information supplied, the Company will present a revised price for approval. The Customer may accept the revised price or decline the work at no charge.

Quotes are free and carry no obligation.

4. Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations

5. Prohibited and Non-Acceptable Items

For safety and legal compliance, we cannot accept certain materials, which may include:

If prohibited items are discovered during a job, the crew may leave those items on Site and adjust the scope and price accordingly.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Items removed by the Company are considered abandoned by the Customer and will not be returned.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the Services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are communicated at the time of booking. Card payments are handled by third-party payment processors; the Company does not store full payment card numbers.

Amounts remaining unpaid after the due date may accrue reasonable late charges and collection costs to the extent permitted by law.
